本アプリ「TCG Battle Support」(以下「本アプリ」)は、個人開発者(以下「開発者」)が提供する、トレーディングカードゲームの対戦(実物のカードを用いた対戦)を記録・補助するためのツールです。本ポリシーは、本アプリの利用に関して収集される情報とその取り扱いについて説明します。

1. 本アプリが収集する情報

本アプリ自体は、アカウント登録や個人情報の入力を必要としません。対戦の進行状況や設定(ベンチ枠数、テーマカラーなど)は、お使いの端末内にのみ保存され、開発者や第三者のサーバーに送信されることはありません。

ただし、本アプリは広告表示のために Google AdMob(Google LLC が提供する広告配信サービス)を利用しており、広告配信・計測の目的で以下のような情報が Google および広告配信に関わる第三者によって収集される場合があります。

2. 広告の同意管理(EEA・英国などの地域)

欧州経済領域(EEA)、英国など、法令上ユーザーの同意取得が必要な地域からアクセスした場合、本アプリは Google のUser Messaging Platform(UMP)を通じて、パーソナライズ広告等に関する同意を求める画面を表示します。同意の選択はいつでもアプリ内の「使い方」画面にある「広告のプライバシー設定」から変更できます。

3. 情報の利用目的

収集される情報は、広告の配信・最適化・効果測定のためにのみ利用されます。開発者が本アプリの利用者を個人として特定することはありません。

4. 第三者提供

開発者が独自に取得・保存する個人情報はないため、開発者から第三者への個人情報の提供は行っていません。広告配信に伴う情報の取り扱いは Google および Google の広告パートナーのポリシーに従います。

5. 子どもの利用について

本アプリは13歳未満の子どもを主な対象とはしていません。子どもから意図的に個人情報を収集することはありません。

"TCG Battle Support" (the "App") is a companion tool developed by an individual developer (the "Developer") to help track and support matches played with physical trading card game cards. This policy explains what information is collected in connection with your use of the App and how it is handled.

1. Information the App Collects

The App itself does not require account registration or any personal information. Match progress and settings (such as bench slot count or theme color) are stored only on your device and are never sent to the Developer's or any third party's servers.

However, the App uses Google AdMob (an advertising service provided by Google LLC) to display ads. For ad delivery and measurement purposes, Google and its advertising partners may collect:

Device identifiers such as the Advertising ID
Approximate location (based on IP address)
Information collected via cookies or similar technologies
Ad interaction data (impressions, clicks, etc.)

2. Ad Consent Management (EEA, UK, and other regulated regions)

For users accessing the App from the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom, or other regions where consent is legally required, the App uses Google's User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present a consent form before showing personalized ads. You can change your consent choice at any time from "Ad Privacy Options" in the App's Help screen.

3. Purpose of Use

Collected information is used solely for ad delivery, optimization, and measurement. The Developer does not identify individual users of the App.

4. Third-Party Disclosure

Since the Developer does not independently collect or store personal information, no personal information is disclosed to third parties by the Developer. Handling of information related to ad delivery is governed by the policies of Google and its advertising partners.

5. Children's Privacy

The App is not primarily directed at children under the age of 13. The Developer does not knowingly collect personal information from children.
